Refund policy

THE 90-DAY PROMISE
Try Magnott for 90 days. If it is not for you, email support@magnott.com and we will refund you. You do not need to send back a used pouch and you do not need to justify yourself. We give you ninety days because delivery takes 12 to 25 days, and you should get real time with the product after it arrives.

YOUR 14-DAY RIGHT TO CANCEL
Separately from our own guarantee, you have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without giving one. To use it, email us at support@magnott.com. We will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs. Our 90-day promise above is more generous, so most customers use that instead.

HOW TO CLAIM
Email support@magnott.com with your order number. We reply within 1 business day. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEM
Send a photo within 14 days of delivery. We replace it or refund it, your choice. You do not return anything.

WHAT WE DO NOT REFUND
Orders delivered more than 90 days ago. Products bought somewhere other than this store.
